3.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing the Platform. Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Platform does not constitute legal advice, does not claim to be licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority, and makes no representation that its use is lawful in Pakistan. 3.4 Single Account Policy. Each User may maintain only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and potential forfeiture of all balances.
3.5 No Self-Excluded Users. Users who have previously self-excluded from the Platform or from any affiliated platform must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the active self-exclusion period. Breach of a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including false dates of birth, fictitious names or incorrect contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination without refund of any balance.
4.2 KYC Verification. The Platform may require you to complete KYC verification at registration, prior to first withdrawal or at any point as determined by the Platform's compliance obligations. Accepted documentation typically includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport, proof of address where required, and a selfie or liveness check. Documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification interface only. You must never alter, obscure, edit or falsify any document submitted for verification. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.3 Password and Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. The Platform will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security precautions.
4.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or at the contact address specified in Section 15.
Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:
6.1 Deposit Methods. Available deposit methods are displayed in your Account panel at the time of transaction. 6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC), AML review and applicable wagering requirements. Processing times vary by payment method, bank and verification status. The Platform does not guarantee processing timelines and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank procedures or regulatory compliance checks.
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
6.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions. Exchange-rate risk on cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals is borne entirely by the User.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, game contribution rates, expiry periods and maximum cashout limits. Each bonus is governed by its own specific terms, which must be read in full before opting in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a bonus carries a wagering or rollover requirement, the stated amount must be wagered across eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The Platform's current bonus terms page provides indicative examples (e.g., a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x rollover requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers). Actual live bonus values and requirements are set by the operator and may differ from illustrative examples.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, circumvent or abuse bonus terms — including, without limitation, structuring deposits to trigger multiple bonus claims, using multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or placing hedged wagers to convert bonus funds to cash — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings and potentially the entire Account balance, as well as permanent Account closure.
7.4 Withdrawal of Bonuses. The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time and at its sole discretion, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a User's Account in accordance with its stated terms at the time of credit.
The Platform is firmly committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should always be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income, and should never be undertaken with funds the User cannot afford to lose.
8.1 Self-Assessment. Users are encouraged to regularly assess their gambling activity. If gambling is causing financial strain, personal distress or interfering with daily responsibilities, Users should make immediate use of the self-exclusion tools available in their Account settings.
8.2 Responsible Gambling Tools. The Platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion mechanisms to all verified Users. These tools are accessible at all times from within the Account settings panel. Reductions to deposit or loss limits take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off delay.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. A User who self-excludes from the Platform will have their Account access blocked for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempting to create a new Account or circumvent the self-exclusion during the exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.

10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zak999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall zak999 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other commercial loss, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform is not liable for the actions, omissions or failures of third-party payment processors, game studios, data feed providers or other service partners. This includes, without limitation, any failure or delay by Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah in processing any transaction — these entities are referenced for contextual familiarity only and are not partners of this Platform.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
12.1 Platform's Right to Suspend. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where it suspects a breach of these Terms, regulatory non-compliance, fraudulent activity, AML concerns or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. All pending wagering requirements must be cleared before any remaining balance is released for withdrawal, subject to verification of identity and compliance with these Terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account — whether initiated by the User or by the Platform — these Terms shall continue to govern any rights, obligations or liabilities that arose prior to termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law shall survive termination indefinitely.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gambling licence. In the absence of a Pakistan-specific licence, Pakistani law does not exclusively govern this Agreement. 13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and zak999 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you should first contact the Platform's support team to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible, the Platform may refer the matter to its applicable dispute resolution process as defined under its licensing framework.
13.3 No Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective claim or representative proceeding.
zak999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform interface or by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version of these Terms at any given time is the version that governs your use of the Platform at that time.
